01. No Refund on Completed Work
Once a project, service, or milestone has been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.
Reason: Digital services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once consumed.
02. Advance Payments
All advance payments or booking amounts are non-refundable.
These payments secure development time, planning, research, and initial setup costs dedicated to your project.
03. Project Cancellation by Client
- After Work Starts: If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, no refund will be provided for the completed or ongoing work.
- Before Work Starts: If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and planning costs.
04. Subscription & Ongoing Services
For services involving Maintenance, Automation monitoring, AI model management, or Dashboard hosting/updates:
Payments made for a billing cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has started. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
05. Third-Party Costs
We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party services. These are governed by their own refund policies. Examples include:
- Hosting providers (e.g., Hostinger, AWS)
- Domain Name Registrations
- API Usage Credits
- Paid Plugins or Themes
- Cloud Services
06. Service Satisfaction
If you face any issues with delivery or performance, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Fix bugs and errors
- Adjust functionality (within the original scope)
- Improve performance
Note: Refunds will not be provided for "change of mind" or business decisions unrelated to our technical delivery.
