Refund Policy

At RankedWeb, we provide custom digital services including website development, automation systems, AI solutions, dashboards, and custom software. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is outlined clearly below.

Last Updated: 6 February 2026

01. No Refund on Completed Work

Once a project, service, or milestone has been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.

Reason: Digital services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once consumed.

02. Advance Payments

All advance payments or booking amounts are non-refundable.

These payments secure development time, planning, research, and initial setup costs dedicated to your project.

03. Project Cancellation by Client

  • After Work Starts: If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, no refund will be provided for the completed or ongoing work.
  • Before Work Starts: If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and planning costs.

04. Subscription & Ongoing Services

For services involving Maintenance, Automation monitoring, AI model management, or Dashboard hosting/updates:

Payments made for a billing cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has started. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

05. Third-Party Costs

We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party services. These are governed by their own refund policies. Examples include:

  • Hosting providers (e.g., Hostinger, AWS)
  • Domain Name Registrations
  • API Usage Credits
  • Paid Plugins or Themes
  • Cloud Services

06. Service Satisfaction

If you face any issues with delivery or performance, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Fix bugs and errors
  • Adjust functionality (within the original scope)
  • Improve performance

Note: Refunds will not be provided for "change of mind" or business decisions unrelated to our technical delivery.
